Keep frozen. Microwave: 1. Set almonds aside. 2. Place green beans in microwavable container and cover. 3. Microwave on high fro 4 minutes (For food safety and best product quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F), stir halfway through cooking. 4. Add almonds and stir well. Contents are hot. If needed, microwave longer. (Microwave ovens vary in power, adjust cooking time accordingly.) Stovetop: 1. Set almonds aside. 2. Place green beans in saucepan. Add 3 tablespoons of water. 3. Heat on Medium, uncovered, until boiling. 4. Cover and cook 4 minutes. 5. Uncover and cook 1 to 2 more minutes (For food safety and best product quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F), stirring gently. Add more water if necessary. 6. Add almonds and stir well before serving.
