Remove carefully, using both hands. Caution: Hot. Stir; let stand 2 minutes (If you'd like thinner sauce, stir in more hot water, 1 teaspoon at a time). High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): After adding hot water to fill ledge, add 1 more tbsp hot water. Stir; microwave uncovered on Medium (50%) 8 to 9-1/2 min. Stir; let stand 5 min.
