You will need: 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts; 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 2-1/4 cups hot water. 1. Cut chicken into thin strips, about 2 x 1/4 inch. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until outsides turn white. 2. Stir in hot water, sauce mix and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken). Refrigerate leftovers. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Because liquids may evaporate faster, increase water amount and cook times if needed. Want a helping hand? Made as directed - except toss in 1 teaspoon ground ginger 5 minutes before the end of simmer time. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup peanuts or cashew pieces just before serving.
