Cooked Long Grain White Rice and Broccoli in a Sauce Containing Water, Whey, Soybean Oil, Wheat Flour, Modified Corn Starch, Buttermilk, Salt, Dried Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Nonfat Milk, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Sodium Alginate, Natural Flavor, Dried Parmesan Cheese (Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Maltodextrin, Onion Powder, Cream, Monoglycerides, Torula Yeast, Garlic Powder, Yeast, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Mono and Diglycerides, Lactic Acid, Artificial Color, Colored with Beta Carotene, Ascorbyl Palmitate (Preservative), Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.

Boil uncovered 20 minutes, turning pouch over after 10 minutes. 3. Caution: Hot! Cut pouch open. Empty into serving dish; stir well. High Altitude (3500 - 6500 ft): Boil up to 5 min longer.
