Microwave (Important - Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate). 1. Place pouch on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center of pouch. 2. Microwave on High 2 minutes; rotate pouch 1/4 turn. Microwave 2 to 4 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated. 3. Caution: Hot! Cut pouch open. Empty into serving dish; stir well. High Altitude (2500 - 6500 ft): Increase last microwave time up to 5 min longer. Stove-Top: 1. Place unopened pouch in 3-quart saucepan of vigorously boiling water. 2. Boil uncovered 20 minutes, turning pouch over after 10 minutes. 3. Caution: Hot! Cut pouch open. Empty into serving dish; stir well. High Altitude (3500 - 6500 ft): Boil up to 5 min longer.
