To Bake: Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place pork chops in shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until hot. To Broil: Heat oven broiler. Place pork chops on rack of broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from heat 3 - 5 minutes, turning once. To Panfry: Place 1 teaspoon oil in skillet. Add pork chops. Cook over Medium heat 3 - 6 minutes, turning once. To Microwave: Arrange pork chops in circle on microwave-safe plate. Cover. Heat on Medium (50 - 60% power) 2 minutes or until hot. (All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate).
