All You Need: 1-2 lbs Fish or Seafood; 1 beaten egg. 1. Dip fish in egg. Drain off excess. 2. Roll in Coating Mix to coat evenly. 3. Bake on baking sheet according to the chart below or just until fish flakes easily. For easy clean up, line baking sheet with foil. Fish fillets (if fillets are very thin, coat top side only and reduce baking time 5 min) 1-1 1/2 lb: 15-20 min - 375 degrees F; Shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1 1/2- 2 lb - 400 degrees F; Chicken (boneless, skinless breasts) 1-1 1/2 lb: 18-20 min - 375 degrees F.
