Bread Crumbs (Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour [Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid], Sugar, Salt, Yeast, Caramel Color, Yellow Corn Flour, and Colored with Extractives of Paprika and Annatto), Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed and Soybean Oil, Salt, Spices (Including Black Pepper and Celery Seed), Citric Acid, Onion, Sugar, Garlic, Lemon Oil, and FD & C Yellow 5 Lake.
All You Need: 1-2 lbs Fish or Seafood; 1 beaten egg. 1. Dip fish in egg. Drain off excess. 2. Roll in Coating Mix to coat evenly. 3. Bake on baking sheet according to the chart below or just until fish flakes easily. For easy clean up, line baking sheet with foil. Fish fillets (if fillets are very thin, coat top side only and reduce baking time 5 min) 1-1 1/2 lb: 15-20 min - 375 degrees F; Shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1 1/2- 2 lb - 400 degrees F; Chicken (boneless, skinless breasts) 1-1 1/2 lb: 18-20 min - 375 degrees F.
