Water, Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Demerara (Unrefined) Sugar, Garlic, Sea Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Sundried Tomatoes, Onion, Spic and Herbs (Including Black Pepper, Basil, Oregano, and Rosemary), Red Bell Peppers, Paprika, Methylcellulose and Xanthan Gums, and Sulfiting Agents.
Pour: 1/4 to 1/2 cup sauce on 1 pound fish. Best with cod, tilapia, flounder, halibut, or catfish. Bake: fish in 425 degrees F oven 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Broil or Grill: fish 8 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 months after opening.
