You will need: 8 bone-in or boneless pork chops (1/2-inch thick) and 1 egg to moisten. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, coat 15x10x1-inch metal baking pan with 2 tbsp oil, 1 egg to moisten. 1. Moisten chops with lightly beaten egg; shake off excess. Empty coating mixture onto plate. 2. Coat chops on all sides by pressing firmly into mixture. Discard any remaining mixture. 3. Bake at 425 degrees F in oiled baking pan until cooked through. Do not cover or turn. Bone-In or Boneless Chops: Bake 20 minutes. One packet coats up to 6 (3/4-inch or 1-inch thick) chops. Bake thicker chops 5 to 10 minutes longer. No Oil/No Egg Directions: Moisten chops with water only; coat as directed. Place on ungreased pan; bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Do not cover or turn.
