Cooking: Not fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Stovetop: 1. Do not thaw fillets. Arrange frozen fillets in a non-stick skillet, leaving space between fillets. Turn stovetop dial halfway between low and medium heat. 2. Cook for 10 minutes, then turn fillets over. cook for an additional 8 to 15 minutes, turning fillets over as needed until fish is fully cooked (Fully cooked fish must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher) and desired browning and crispiness is reached. Stovetop temperatures vary, adjust cooking times accordingly. Conventional Oven: 1. Do not thaw fillets. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 3. Bake uncovered 21 to 23 minutes (Fully cooked fish must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher), turning fillets over after 12 minutes of cooking. Oven temperatures vary, adjust cooking times accordingly. Microwaving is not recommended.
