Long Grain Parboiled Rice Enriched with Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Niacin, Thiamin (Thiamine Mononitrate) and Folate (Folic Acid); Precooked Wild Rice; Salt; Maltodextrin; Hydrolyzed Soy Protein; Sugar; Vegetables (Dried) (Onion, Broccoli, Parsley); Autolyzed Yeast Extract; Chicken Fat (Dried) (Adds a Trivial Amount of Cholesterol and Saturated Fat); Cornstarch, Turmeric (Color); Natural Flavors (Wheat); Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate; Spice.
Stove Top: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, 2 cups water and 1 tbsp. butter (optional) into a medium saucepan. Stir well. 2. Bring contents to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered 10 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Set aside 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Alternate Cook Method: Microwave: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, 2 cups hot water and 1 tbsp. butter (optional) into a 2-qt microwave-safe glass dish. Stir well. 2. Cover and microwave on High for 4 minutes. 3. Reduce to Medium (50%) for 8-10 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand covered 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
