Stove Top: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, 2 cups water and 1 tbsp. butter (optional) into a medium saucepan. Stir well. 2. Bring contents to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered 10 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Set aside 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Alternate Cook Method: Microwave: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, 2 cups hot water and 1 tbsp. butter (optional) into a 2-qt microwave-safe glass dish. Stir well. 2. Cover and microwave on High for 4 minutes. 3. Reduce to Medium (50%) for 8-10 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand covered 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
