Cooking Methods: Stove Top: Combine 1 measure (1 serving = 1/4 cup) of uncooked rice with 2 measures of cold water in medium saucepan. Bring water and rice to a boil. cover with lid or foil, reduce and simmer for 12-15 min. Drain and serve. Yields approx. 2 servings of cooked rice. (Tip: Try chicken or vegetable stock instead of water). Store in a cool, dry place. Microwave: (Category E - 850w). Combine 1 measure (1 serving = 1/4 cup) of uncooked rice with 2 measures of water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on High power for 15 mi. Let the rice stand for 5 min., drain and serve. Microwaves may vary.
