Thawing (Defrosting): Do not open bag until turkey breast is defrosted. Keep turkey breast cold. Do not thaw at room temperature. Place on tray in refrigerator for 24-36 hours. Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove thawed turkey breast from bag. Do not remove inside netting. Remove gravy packet. Roast immediately. Using a Meat Thermometer (Recommended): Insert into the center of boneless turkey breast. Microwave: We recommend conventional oven roasting. If you do use a microwave, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions of approximate cooking times. BBG Grill: Your Honeysuckle Boneless Turkey Breast is delicious when grilled. Follow grill manufacturer’s directions. Roasting: Place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush breast with vegetable oil. Roast at 350 degrees F. According to chart. Meat thermometer should read 170 to 175 degrees F. Estimated Roasting Time (350 degrees F): 3-4 lb Weight: 2 to 2-1/2 hours; 4-5 Weight: 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 hours; 5-6 Weight: 3-1/2 to 4 hours. When turkey is golden brown, cover with a loose tent of aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. Prepare gravy according to instructions on gravy packet. For easier slicing, let stand 10 minutes.
