Bread Crumbs (Bleached Wheat Flour, Dextrose, Salt, and Yeast), Whole Egg Solids, Spices (Including Red Pepper and Parsley), Onion, Salt, and Paprika.
1. Drain 1 can (12 1/4 oz) or 2 cans (6 1/8 oz each) tuna, or substitute with 3/4 lb. fresh cooked tuna. Flake tuna. 2. Mix 1 package tuna classic with 1/2 Culp mayonnaise in a large bowl. Gently toss in tuna. 3. Shape tuna mixture into 5 patties. Broil or panfry about 4-5 min. per side or until golden-brown.
