After opening, use contents within 7 days. Shake before using. Cooking instructions: Skillet method: Pour desired amount of eggs into non-stick skillet over Medium heat. To scramble, stir eggs gently. For filled omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of omelet and fold in half. 1/4 Cup equals approximately one egg. Microwave method: Pour desired amount of eggs into a microwavable bowl. Cover. Cook on High (100%) power for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir.
