Enriched Basmati Rice (Niacin, Iron (Ortho Phosphate), Thiamin).
In a saucepan with tight-fitting lid, bring 3 cups salted water and 1 tbsp. butter to a boil. Add 12 oz. Basmati Rice (entire contents of package) and stir while boiling for 1 minute. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook undisturbed for 18-22 minutes. Fluff and serve. Hint: To cook less than the contents of the entire package, use 2 parts water to one part rice.
