Do not microwave more than one burger at a time. Cooking: Skillet (recommended method): Cook frozen burgers in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray (or use oil) on Medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning occasionally. Microwave: 1. Place 1 unwrapped frozen burger on microwaveable paper plate. 2. Microwave on High as directed in chart or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning burger after 1 min. Microwave wattage, time: over 1100 watt, 1 min. 30 sec.; over 800 to 1100 watt, 1 min. 45 sec.; 600 to 800 watt, 2 min. Caution: Product will be hot!
