Dough: Water, Eggs, Matzo Meal, Egg Whites, Potato Starch, Cottonseed Oil, Salt. Cheese Filling: Dry Curd, (Cultured Skim Milk, Water, Calcium Chloride, Enzymes), Sugar, Potato Starch, Water.
Ratner's Blintzes may be prepared frozen or defrosted. To thaw in microwave, place tray in oven on defrost setting for 4-5 minutes turning once. To Fry: Heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add thawed blintzes, cover pan and cook 7-10 minutes, turning 1 or 2 minutes until a rich, golden brown. For additional browning, cook uncovered 2-4 minutes more. For frozen blintzes, follow same instructions, cooking 20 minutes. To Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Brush frozen blintzes with cooking oil on all sides. Place on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
