Sauce (Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce [Water, Soybeans, Rice, Salt], Sesame Seeds, Modified Corn Starch, Natural Flavorings, Sesame Oil, Contain 2% or Less of: Ginger, Salt, Sake [Water, Rice, Salt], Molasses, Caramel Color). White Meat Chicken (Cooked White Meat Chicken, Water, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Sodium Phosphate).
Keep frozen. On the Stove: Keep frozen until use. Cook thoroughly. 1. On the stove, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet over High heat. Immediately add chicken and vegetables. Stir-fry 7 to 8 minutes. Add sauce and stir 30 seconds, until hot. 2. Do not tear, cut, or puncture MicroSteam rice pouch. Microwave on full power. 2:00-2:30 minutes: 1000-1200 watt microwave; 2:30-3:00 minutes: 800 watt oven. Let stand 1 minute. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot. Serve with chicken and vegetables. Or, empty rice into a saucepan on the stove. Add 3 tbsp water, cover and cook over Medium-High heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately with chicken and vegetables. Microwave: Do not cook in this bag. Tested in 1000 watt microwave. Cook Chicken and Vegetables: Place chicken and vegetables in a microwave-safe dish and cover. Cook on full power 6 to 7 minutes. Stir in sauce, re-cover and cook on full power 30 seconds. Let stand 1 minute. Cook Rice: Do not tear, cut, or puncture MicroSteam pouch. Cook on full power 2 to 2-1/2 minutes (1000-1200 watt microwave) or 2-1/2 to 3 minutes (800 watt microwave). Let stand 1 minute. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot. Serve with chicken and vegetables. For food safety and quality, follow cooking instructions.
