Microwave on full power. 2:00-2:30 minutes: 1000-1200 watt microwave; 2:30-3:00 minutes: 800 watt oven. Let stand 1 minute. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot. Serve with chicken and vegetables. Or, empty rice into a saucepan on the stove. Add 3 tbsp water, cover and cook over Medium-High heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately with chicken and vegetables. Microwave: Do not cook in this bag. Tested in 1000 watt microwave. Cook Chicken and Vegetables: Place chicken and vegetables in a microwave-safe dish and cover. Cook on full power 6 to 7 minutes. Stir in sauce, re-cover and cook on full power 30 seconds.
