Keep frozen. On the Stove: Keep frozen until use. Cook thoroughly. 1. On the stove, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet over Medium heat. Immediately add chicken and stir-fry 5 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes. Add sauce and stir 30 seconds, until hot. 2. Do not tear, cut, or puncture MicroSteam rice pouch. Microwave on full power. 2:00-2:30 minutes: 1000-1200 watt microwave; 2:30-3:00 minutes: 800 watt microwave. Let stand 1 minute. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot. Serve with chicken and vegetables. Or, empty rice into a saucepan on the stove. Add 3 tbsp water, cover, and cook over Medium-High heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve immediately with chicken and vegetables. Microwave: Do not cook in this bag. Tested in 1000 watt microwave. Cook chicken and vegetables: place chicken and vegetables in a microwave-safe dish and cover. Cook on full power 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in sauce, re-cover and cook on full power 30 seconds. Let stand 1 minute. Cook Rice: Do not tear, cut, or puncture MicroSteam pouch. Cook on full power 2 to 2-1/2 minutes (1000-1200 watt microwave) or 2-1/2 to 3 minutes (800 watt microwave).
