Gardein Chick'n Breast: Water, Soy Protein, Vital Wheat Gluten, Ancient Grains (Quinoa, Amaranth, Millet and Kamut), Natural Flavors (from Plant Sources), Potato Starch, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil and/or Safflower Oil, Pea Protein, Modified Vegetable Gum, Carrot Fiber, Organic Beet Root Fiber, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Yeast Extract, Sea Salt. Marinade: Water, Tomato Paste, Spices, Red Bell Pepper Flakes, Vinegar, Citric Acid.
Keep refrigerated. Preparation: Microwave is best: pierce bag. Place bag on dish and heat on High for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Boil in a bag: Add pouch to boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from water, carefully cut package open and serve. Stovetop: In a sauce pan over Medium heat, cook covered for 2 to 3 minutes. Grill: Grill for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes on each side and brush frequently with olive oil or marinade. Bake: Place on baking dish with remaining marinade and cover. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. Tip: Let rest for 1 minute and serve. Do not overcook. For all cooking methods, cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F (74 C).
