Unbleached Wheat Flour with Malted Barley, Sugar, Raisins, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Spices, Corn Starch.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Grease 4x8 loaf pan with a non-stick spray. 3. Empty contents of package into mixing bowl and add 12 oz. (1-1/2 cups) of room temperature club soda, seltzer or beer (regular, light or non-alcoholic.) 4. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. 5. Put dough in loaf pan and spread evenly. 6. Bake 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown. (When using a glass pan, reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake a few minutes longer.) 7. Remove bread from pan and allow to cool before slicing. Baking Hint: For softer crust, add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil to batter.
