Sprinkle Naan lightly with water and place on middle oven rack. Heat 2-3 minutes, serve hot. Even tastier when brushed with olive oil, or melted butter. Stovetop: Set heat to medium. Place garlic Naan in pan, sprinkle lightly with water. Heat 2-3 minutes, turning once. Serve hot. Even tastier when brushed with olive oil. or melted butter. Gas Stove (Open Flame). Sprinkle garlic Naan lightly with water. Using metal tongs, place Naan every 5-10 seconds, permitting flame to touch and heat the entire surface of one side, turn over and repeat. Remove from flame, brush with olive oil, or melted butter.
