    Simply stop by the Customer Service desk at your neighborhood Giant Eagle® store or call Giant Eagle Customer Care at 800-553-2324, Monday - Friday, 9am - 9pm and Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 6pm. You can also request a Giant Eagle Advantage Card when you register an account with Gianteagle.com.

  2. Q. What should I do if my Giant Eagle Advantage Card is lost or stolen?
    A.

    Call Giant Eagle Customer Care at 800-553-2324, Monday - Friday, 9am - 9pm and Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 6pm, and we’ll have a replacement card mailed to your home.

    For immediate replacement, visit the Customer Service desk at any Giant Eagle store, with proper identification and we’ll replace your card on the spot.

    With the Giant Eagle apps for iPhone® and Android, use My Perks to display your available fuelperks! and foodperks! savings, your total savings in groceries and fuel, and the purchase amount needed to receive your next discounts.

    Log in to your Gianteagle.com account. Your foodperks! and fuelperks! balances will display in the right column. Click on the link to view your review your savings statements.
