  1. Q. How do I sign into the Giant Eagle website?
    A.

    If you’ve already registered your Giant Eagle Advantage Card®, click Sign In in the header of any page on Gianteagle.com and enter your email address and password. If you don’t have an account, click Create an Account in the header to set one up.

  3. Q. I forgot my password. What can I do?
    A.

    Click "Sign into Gianteagle.com" in the the header of any page, click "Forgot Your Password?", and enter your email address. You will receive an email from us with instructions for resetting your password.

  4. Q. How can I change My Account information?
    A.

    Click on My Account in the header of any page. By clicking "Edit" in the My Information block of the My Account page, you can update your personal information, password and more.

    My Account gives you instant access to your information and activity, foodperks!® and fuelperks!® statements, and more.

  5. Q. I can’t register my Giant Eagle Advantage Card.
    A.

    Most registration error messages involve a mismatch with personal information in our system such as your name or your card number.

    For assistance, call Giant Eagle Customer Care at 1-800-553-2324, Monday - Friday, 9am - 9pm and Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 6pm, seven days a week or stop by the Customer Service desk at your neighborhood Giant Eagle. Proper identification will be required to make any corrections or changes to your Giant Eagle Advantage Card account.

    If sending an email using the Contact Us form, please select the "Other" topic and include your most recent address, last name, and Giant Eagle Advantage Card number.

  6. Q. How do I find a Giant Eagle store?
    A.

    Click the "Find a Store" button in the My Store module in the right column of any page.  You can search for stores by zip code or location. You can further refine the results by store department or other features by selecting the Filters in the left column. 

    With your iPhone® or Android™ device, download the free Giant Eagle app and use the Store Locator to find the closest stores via a GPS-enabled map. You can also search for other stores by zip code, review store details and call store departments from the Store Locator screen.

  7. Q. How can I change my current store location?
    A.

    Click the "Find a Store" button in the My Store module in the right column of any page.  You can search for stores by zip code or location. You can further refine the results by store department or other features by selecting the Filters in the left column. Once you identify the store you want, click "Make this My Primary Store".

To file a proper DMCA notice, please follow the Giant Eagle DMCA guidelines. We require submittal of a written letter by fax or regular mail only (not by email, except by prior agreement) and reserve the right to disregard any Notice that does not comply with the DMCA.
