  1. Q. How do I opt in to receive messages from Giant Eagle®?
    A.

    To receive our mobile alerts, text SAVE to 467467. You’ll receive a message from us asking for your Giant Eagle Advantage Card® number. Send a reply text with your card number (12 digits, no spaces) and you’ll begin receiving special offers and alerts as well as your foodperks!® and fuelperks!® balances.

    Once you submit your card number, we won’t need it again. If you don’t have a Giant Eagle Advantage Card, stop by the Customer Service desk at your neighborhood store to sign up and start saving.

  2. Q. How do I opt out of messaging from Giant Eagle?
    A.

    To stop receiving our mobile alerts, simply text OUTSAVE to 467467. If you change your mind, to opt in again, text SAVE to 467467. You can opt in and opt out as often as you like.

  3. Q. What does it cost to send and receive mobile alert texts?
    A.

    There are no extra charges to participate in our text programs. Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile phone plan and carrier.

  4. Q. Do I need a Giant Eagle Advantage Card to participate in mobile alerts?
    A.

    You can receive alerts and offers simply by opting into our mobile alert program. To access your foodperks! and fuelperks! balances, you must submit your Giant Eagle Advantage Card number. You have the option of submitting your card number when you first opt into the program or later when you decide to respond to a specific offer.

  5. Q. I sent a text but wasn’t asked for my Giant Eagle Advantage Card number. How can I receive my balances?
    A.

    Once your Giant Eagle Advantage Card number is submitted and validated, your card number and mobile phone number are linked. We won’t need to ask for your number again.

  6. Q. I am having trouble submitting my Giant Eagle Advantage Card number. What should I do?
    A.

    Check to be sure that you’re submitting a 12-digit number without any spaces, symbols, or letters. 

    If you continue to have difficulty, please call Customer Care at 800-553-2324. Representatives are available Monday - Friday, 9am - 9pm, and Saturday - Sunday, 9am - 6pm, to assist you.
