Mystery Shoppers

Giant Eagle® is looking for customers who love to shop to help us improve our customers’ shopping experiences.

We want every Giant Eagle shopper to experience the best that our stores and pharmacies have to offer. To find out how well we meet our customers’ expectations and our standards, we regularly use independent “mystery shoppers.”

If you’d like to help us to monitor and improve our service through our mystery shopping programs, we invite you to apply. 

  1. Q. How can I become a Mystery Shopper at a Giant Eagle store?
    A.

    Mystery Shopping at Giant Eagle

    • Visit our research partner's website at www.applymarketforce.com to complete an on-line application. Qualified applicants will be contacted by email within 48 hours and receive a shopper ID and instructions on how to register for assignments.
    • Register as a shopper and select an assignment from our list of available stores. Follow the assignment instructions, visit the assigned store and complete the questionnaire based on evaluation guidelines.
    • At home, complete and submit the online survey about your shopping experience. Once the survey is verified by Market Force, you will receive payment for your evaluation.

    A.

    Mystery Shopping at Giant Eagle Pharmacies

    • Apply directly to our research partner Market Force, Inc. to express interest in participating. Visit www.applymarketforce.com and click "Enroll Now" to begin the application process. 
    • Market Force, Inc. will qualify applicants and contact them to visit and evaluate a local Giant Eagle pharmacy based on established guidelines.
    • At home, complete and submit the online survey about your experience.
