  8. Q. Sometimes my co-pay is $4, other times it’s $10. Why the difference?
    A.

Your cost reflects the co-pay for the most commonly prescribed dosages—30 and 90 days. A 30-day supply of eligible medications is $4; a 90-day supply is $10. And, if your co-pay on an eligible medication is less than $4, you’ll pay the lowest amount.

Prices for less than a 90-day supply are prorated based on the 30-day price while prices for more than a 90-day supply are prorated based on the 90-day price. For example, the co-pay for a 30-day supply of Digoxin® is $4; for a 60-day supply, your co-pay would be $8.

However, once you sign up for a Giant Eagle Advantage Card, you’ll be eligible for $4 or $10 Pharmacy Rewards pricing with your next refill.
