How do I use the fuelperks! ® Mall?

Earn fuelperks!® with everyday purchases you make on www.fuelperksMall.com. And, enjoy exclusive, members-only offers on name brand products.
When you log into the Mall for the first time, clear steps on how to register will be presented to you. Once you've completed these steps, you will land on the Mall's home page where you can begin shopping and earning. Click on specific categories, browse categories, click on displayed offers, or use the Search feature to find the retailers you want.
Giant Eagle® will usually post your new fuelperks!® within 7 days of your purchase. However, it may take longer for fuelperks! to be processed and fully credited to your account as fuelperks!® are credited upon shipment of the item by the retailer from whom you purchased on the Mall. If you have not received your new fuelperks!® within 30 days, please email Giant Eagle® Customer Service for questions on missing fuelperks!®

Am I eligible for the fuelperks!® Mall?
|
|
While there is no fee to join, you must be a Giant Eagle Advantage Card® member and register at www.gianteagle.com or www.fuelperksMall.com to access the Mall. A member can log into the Mall using his/her login for www.gianteagle.com (email address and password).

How do I find a retailer or specific offer?
|
|
Try using the search feature located at the top of the website. If you still cannot find the retailer you are looking for click on the 'All Categories' button on one of the category navigation bars and look for your item under the specific categories.
Sometimes offers are only featured for a limited time before they expire. Please check the expiration dates and details regarding the offer. All currently available offers are listed in the Mall.

What if I want to request a retailer on the Mall?

If you are interested in a retailer that is not listed in the Mall, please go to the 'Suggest a Retailer' section accessible by clicking on the Mall's Customer Support feature or by using the Mall's Search feature.

How do I update my fuelperks!® Mall account information?
|
|
Please click on 'My Account' in the fuelperks!® Mall to update your Mall account information. The 'My Account' section in the Mall is synonymous with the 'My Profile' section on www.gianteagle.com and is maintained and edited on www.gianteagle.com.

Do gift cards or gift certificates qualify for fuelperks!® rewards?
|

Unfortunately, fuelperks! Mall ™ cannot award fuelperks!® for purchases made with gift cards or certificates. You may use your gift cards and gift certificates if the retailer accepts them but you will not earn fuelperks!!® on those purchases. See Terms & Conditions.

Can I purchase a gift card or gift certificate from one of the Mall retailers and earn fuelperks!®?

Will I earn fuelperks!®? on every single item that I purchase from the Mall?
|
Unfortunately, you will not earn fuelperks!® on the purchase of gift cards or gift certificates. You will not earn fuelperks!® for any purchase made with a gift card or gift certificate. Also, you will not you will not earn fuelperks!® on the cost of shipping, taxes, restocking fees or the portion of a purchase made with gift cards, store cards or coupons. There are a number of purchases that are ineligible for accrual or payment of cash back (paid to you in fuelperks!®). For example, certain regulated businesses and products such as prescription drugs, wine and alcohol, and tobacco could be ineligible. While you can make purchases on the Mall through Medicare, those purchases are not eligible to earn fuelperks!® Some merchant partners identify that purchases made online for in-store pick-up are also ineligible. The vast majority of purchased items are eligible. If you want to verify whether any purchase is eligible, there are two ways to find out. Most merchants will list the exclusions and offer terms as you shop on the Mall and before you Go Shop and click to purchase on the merchant's site. Or you can visit any retailer's website and look for a link to the Associate Program or the Affiliate Program where you will find the Terms of Use (sometimes called Terms and Conditions) that outline their specific rules on purchases and commissions. fuelperks! are not awarded on purchases which do not qualify for commissions. Of course, if you have any trouble, our Customer Service team will be glad to help you.

How do I subscribe to learn about offers?
|
|
The Mall has an Email Reminder program to keep members fully informed of offers in which they might be interested. In order to subscribe to these email lists for certain offers you can access one or more of the following features in the Mall:
The 'My Account' link available on the top most navigation bar. Once you've accessed 'My Account', click on 'My Reminders' and you will be able to select offers for which you will receive informational emails. By making these selections yourself, you'll only get the email offers that you really want to see.

Why don't I see fuelperks!®? applied to my fuelperks!®? account after I've completed a purchase in the Mall?
|
|
In most cases, fuelperks!® will be applied to your fuelperks!® account some time after you've completed your purchase in compliance with the terms of the merchant offer and the Terms and Conditions for the Mall. In the Mall, please check your 'Activity Statement' via the link on the home page and the 'My Account' link to see the status of your fuelperks!® after you've made a purchase. fuelperks! may take up to 7 days to be credited to your fuelperks!® account and sometimes up to 30 days. Make sure you haven't selected an item that the retailer has excluded from the offer. Sometimes, the offers do not apply to certain brands or items, so double check your order. Note: you will not earn fuelperks!® on any and all purchases made with Gift Cards- see Terms & Conditions.

After submitting your login information you may get a 'Security Alert' message. This is standard Internet set up for a site that has a secure login process. All subsequent logins and 'My Account' activities occur using the secure Mall site however browsing is done using the non-secure Mall site. To enter the secure Mall site you will have to click 'YES' on the Security Alert message. If you click 'NO' you will not enter the site after login. After clicking 'YES' and entering the site your information is secure.

I am purchasing an item that may not be shipped to me until after the expiration date of the offer. Will I still receive fuelperks!®?

When you place an order prior to, or on the day of the expiration date of an offer, the fuelperks!®? for that offer will be honored, regardless of when the item is charged to your account or the item is shipped to you.

When you choose to use your discounts, you can pump up to 30 gallons in one transaction for one vehicle. However, when done, your discounts reset to zero (unless your total discounts exceed the price per gallon – see next question.)

What if my discounts are more than the price of gas?
|
|
If you've earned discounts worth more than the current price of gas, your remaining discounts will be saved for a future visit. (For example, if you have $3.00 per gallon in discounts and gas is $2.50 per gallon, 50 cents will remain on your Giant Eagle Advantage Card®.)

Can I give my discounts away?
|
|
No. You cannot transfer your discounts to another Giant Eagle Advantage Card® account.

How do I keep track of my fuelperks!®?
|
|
We track your discounts. You don't need to spend $50 all at once – your purchases add up and there's no limit to how many fuelperks!®? you can earn. Just look at the bottom of your receipt when you shop to find your total discounts available that day. Or, check your earnings online at GiantEagle.com/fuelperks.

How long do I have to use my fuelperks!®?
|
|
Your discounts expire on the last day of the month, two months after they are earned (for example, discounts earned in July 2008 expire October 31, 2008). Your Giant Eagle®? or GetGo®? receipt tells you if any discounts expire at the end of the current month.

How do I use my fuelperks!®?
|
It's simple. Scan your Giant Eagle Advantage Card® at the GetGo® pump, wait for the OK light and follow the instructions: To use your discounts, press YES and the price of gas will drop. (Pressing NO lets you save discounts for a future visit.) Select one payment option only to activate pump. If you pay with a gift card, use a card that will cover your total transaction so you can take full advantage of your fuelperks!® discounts. Or pay inside if you would like to pay with two forms of payment.
