Boiling: Place desired amount of frozen ravioli into boiling water (3 quarts water per pound of ravioli). Cook uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until reaching minimum internal ravioli temperature of 165 degree for at least 15 seconds. Carefully drain and serve with desired sauce and cheese.
Oven: Place 1 pound frozen ravioli and 2 cups sauce in an 8 x 11 1/2 inch greased baking pan. Stir until distributed evenly. Covers with lid or foil. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 minutes until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
