Chicken breast with rib meat, water, 2% or less of: salf, sodium phosphate, modified cornstarch, chicken broth. Battered and breaded with: wheat flour, water, 2% or less of: wheat starch, buttermilk, whey, potassium chloride, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalciumphosphate, spice, salt, sugar, hydrolized soy protein, yeast, caramel, yellow corn flour, partially hydrogenated soy and cottonseed oil, thiamine HCL, lactic acid, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, paprika extract, annatto extract, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid. Breading set in vegetable oil.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
1. Place frozen patties in a single layer on microwave-safe dish.
2. One patty: microwave on HIGH for 1 minute, 45 seconds to 2 minutes, 15 seconds. Turn halfway through heating time. Multiple patties: for each additional serving, at 1 minute, 30 seconds to 2 minutes to heating time.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen patties in a single layer in a shallow baking dish, cover.
3. Bake 23-25 minutes. turn patties oven halfway through heating time.
