1. Arrange frozen tenders in a single layer on a microwave-safe dish.
2. Microwave on HIGH for approximately 1-3 minutes. Turn tenders over halfway through cooking time.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen tenders in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
3. Bake 10 - 15 minutes. Turn halfway through heating.
