Boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins, water, 2% or less of: sodium phosphate, white pepper, salt. Battered and breaded with: bleached wheat flour, water, 2% or less of: spice, salt, natural flavor, extractives of paprika, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate. Breading set in vegetable oil.

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
1. Arrange frozen tenders in a single layer on a microwave-safe dish.
2. Microwave on HIGH for approximately 1-3 minutes. Turn tenders over halfway through cooking time.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen tenders in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
3. Bake 10 - 15 minutes. Turn halfway through heating.
