1. Place frozen breast(s) in a single layer on a microwave-safe dish.
2. One breast: microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes; turn product over and heat for additional 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Multiple breasts: microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes; turn product over and heat for additional 3 - 4 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place frozen breasts in a single layer in a shallow baking dish, cover.
3. Bake 20 - 30 minutes. Turn breasts over halfway through heating time.
