Brow How-To from Tweezerman

Perfectly groomed brows can provide a more youthful, brighter appearance. Follow the steps below to create the perfect brow.

Step 1: Trim and Shape.

Use the spiral brush to define brow shape, brushing hairs up and into place. Using the stainless Brown Shaping Scissors, trim excess length from each brow, checking for equal balance and proportion as you work. Then brush brows downward and again, trim away any stray or excess hair. Brush brows back in place in preparation for tweezing. Be careful not to over-trim, which can make brows look sparse.

Step 2: Tweeze.

The award winning Slant tweezer is recommended by celebrities, make-up artists and models. The stainless steel tips are hand-filed, for precision to grab every hair. They are perfectly aligned so that tips meet and close evenly. The 25 degree slant is the perfect angel for working against the brow bone. It can be flipped to use the pointed end for ultra-fine work. Tweeze along the natural shape and arch of your brow line with the Slant tweezer. Grab each individual hair at the root to avoid breakage, making sure not to yank, instead pull smoothly in the direction of hair growth.

New to brow shaping?

We recommend you get your brows shaped by a professional the first time, and on a regular basis thereafter. Tweezing should be to maintain the shape at home.
