  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup creamy wheat (enriched farina) hot cereal
  • 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 cups apple
  • Crumb Topping

Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat brown sugar and oil with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour, cereal, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, eggs and milk; beat on medium speed 1 min. Stir in apples.Spread batter in greased 9-inch round cake pan; sprinkle evenly with Crumb Topping.Bake 35 to 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or chilled.
