  2. 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  3. 2 cups water

  4. 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

  5. 1 cup whole kernel corn

  6. 2 cups rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups rice

Recipe Directions:

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.Add water, 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce and corn to skillet. Bring to boil.Stir in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes. Top chicken with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
