  2. 3 lb. chicken thighs

  3. 1/2 lb. mushrooms

  4. 1 large onion

  5. 1/2 cup green pepper

  6. 1 clove garlic

  7. 1 can crushed tomatoes

  8. 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

  9. 4 cups long-grain white rice

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 3 lb. chicken thighs
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 4 cups long-grain white rice

Recipe Directions:

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until evenly browned on all sides.Place mushrooms, onions, peppers and garlic in slow cooker; top with chicken. Combine tomatoes and thyme; pour over ingredients in slow cooker. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).Serve chicken mixture over rice.
