Adorable Dough Prints

Ingredients
2 Cup flour

1 Cup salt

1 Cup water

Wax paper

Ribbon

Food coloring, optional

Non-toxic poster paints

glitter glue

markers

In a large bowl, combine water (and food coloring, if you choose) then add flour and salt. Mix until smooth, but stiff. Roll out to a 1/2" thick. Press your child's hand into the dough. Place print on a cookie sheet. Make a small hole in the top for the ribbon. Bake in a 200 degree Fahrenheit oven for approximately 2-1/2 hours. When done, the dough will be hard. Place on waxed paper to cool. When cool, help your child decorate with poster paints, glitter glue and markers. Write his or her name and the year on your new keepsake.
