Cedar Plank-Grilled Salmon with Glaze

4 farm-raised salmon mignon steaks
1 Jar Daddy Sam's salmon glaze
Cedar grilling plank

Serves:4
Soak cedar plank well in tap water for at least one hour. In baking dish, brush both sides of salmon steaks with glaze. Marinate in refrigerator for about one hour. Place plank on pre-heated hot grill; light smoke will develop. Place salmon on plank and cook 8-10 minutes per side, or until fish reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit and/or flakes easily with fork. Cooking times will vary based on salmon texture and thickness. Cool plank and discard after serving.
