Recipe Directions
Prep Time: 00:19
Serves:8
In a small bowl mix mascarpone with powdered sugar until smooth; set aside. Remove wax from Stilton. Cut cheese horizontally into 3 wedges each about 3/4" thick. Place bottom wedge on serving tray and spread a 1/2" layer of frosting on the top. Place middle wedge on top of bottom wedge. Spread 1/2" layer of the frosting on top of the middle wedge. Top with remaining wedge and frost the top and rounded side to resemble a frosted slice of cake. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake almonds on baking sheet for 6 minutes or until slightly brown. Lightly press toasted almonds on outer icing. Serve with your favorite crackers.

This is actually a lot EASIER to make than when you first read it!!!! I used a pre-made bag of mixed nuts for the outside, it was easier. I also didn't toast them, as I wanted the cheese taste to not be over-looked. IT WAS ALL GONE....ENJOY!
