Recipe Directions
Prep Time: 00:20
Serves:4
In small saucepan over medium-low heat, cook butter and brown sugar until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Set aside. Spray grill with cooking spray before lighting. Grill pineapple for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Brush cut sides of bananas with the butter-sugar mixture. Place the bananas cut side down on grill for 2 minutes until slightly golden. Flip bananas, peel side down, and brush the cut sides with more sugar mixture. Grill for an additional 2 minutes. Let bananas stand for a few minutes, then remove peel. Divide grilled fruit evenly among 4 bowls. Scoop vanilla ice cream in bowls and top with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and cherries.
