  3. 1 large tomato

  4. 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

  5. 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves

  6. 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions:

Mix all ingredients except cheese in large bowl. Sprinkle with cheese; toss lightly. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
