  1. 1 lb. Rao's Tre-Colori Farfalle (cook according to directions)

  2. 1 can black olives

  3. 1/2 seedless cucumber, chopped

  4. 1 red onion, diced small

  5. 1 red pepper, chopped

  6. 1 yellow pepper, chopped

  7. 1/2 bottle Maple Grove Farms Champagne Vinaigrette dressing

  8. 1/2 lb. hard salami, diced small

  9. 1/2 lb. pepperoni, diced small

  10. 1/2 lb. provolone cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Rao's Tre-Colori Farfalle (cook according to directions)
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, chopped
  • 1 red onion, diced small
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 bottle Maple Grove Farms Champagne Vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/2 lb. hard salami, diced small
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni, diced small
  • 1/2 lb. provolone cheese

Recipe Directions:

Cook pasta, strain and run under cold water. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. A super side dish or exciting entrée - just depends on how hungry you are!
