Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 beef top round steak
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 2 large green pepper
  • 8 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions:

Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix steak sauce, onions and hot pepper sauce. Remove 1/3 cup of the steak sauce mixture; set aside for later use.Grill steak 18 min. for medium doneness (160°F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce mixture. Cut steak across the grain into thin strips.Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in the reserved 1/3 cup steak sauce mixture and the steak strips. Spoon steak mixture evenly over tortillas, using about 1 cup of the steak mixture for each tortilla; roll up.
