  1. 1 whole Udi's Pizza Crust

  2. 2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced

  3. 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped

  4. 1/2 cup Giant Eagle® shredded mozzarella cheese

  5. 6 oz. lump crab meat - check for gluten free varieties!

  6. 2 Tbsp. Giant Eagle® roasted red peppers, diced - check for gluten free varieties!

  7. 2 Tbsp. Giant Eagle® Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Udi's Pizza Crust
  • 2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Giant Eagle® shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz. lump crab meat - check for gluten free varieties!
  • 2 Tbsp. Giant Eagle® roasted red peppers, diced - check for gluten free varieties!
  • 2 Tbsp. Giant Eagle® Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 425F. Place pizza shell on baking sheet; sprinkle evenly with minced garlic and thyme. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over pizza and layer lump crab meat and red peppers over top. Top pizza evenly with parmesan cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until browned and bubbly. Remove from oven, slice into 4 pieces, and serve.
