Conventional Oven Cooking: Preferred method. Since ovens vary, cooking heat and times may require adjusting. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Do not exceed 375 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Do not vent. Do not remove film cover. 2. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven. Cook 70 minutes. Carefully remove cover. Continue cooking 10 minutes. 3. Using potholders and both hands, carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand on baking sheet 5 minutes. Micro-Bake cooking: Since microwave and conventional ovens vary; cooking heat and times may require adjusting. 1. Preheat conventional oven to 375 degrees F. Do not exceed 375 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Do not vent. Do not remove film cover. Place tray in microwave. Cook on High 12 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. 2. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in preheated conventional oven. Cook 35 minutes. Carefully remove cover and continue cooking 10 minutes. 3. Using potholders and both hands, carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and let stand on baking sheet 5 minutes. Microwave Oven Cooking: Directions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; cooking time may need to be adjusted. Do not cook in microwave below 1100 watts as product may not cook thoroughly - use conventional oven preparation instead. 1. Remove tray from box. Do not vent. Do not remove film cover. Cook on High 12 minutes. 2. Continue cooking on 50% power 31 minutes. After cooking, let stand in microwave 5 minutes. 3. As shown, always use potholders and both hands when removing product form microwave. Lift tray on short sides and remove carefully as product will be hot. Carefully remove cover. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Reheating of tray is not recommended. Keep frozen until ready to use.
