Broccoli, Carrots, Onions, Red Peppers, Water Chestnuts, Mushrooms, Celery.
Wok/Skillet: 1) Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a wok or large skillet over Medium-High heat. 2) Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F) or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Try it with a twist! Add cooked chicken, beef or shrimp. Serve over lo mein noodles. Add cashews or peanuts. Microwave: 1) Place vegetables in microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water. 2) Cover and microwave on High for 8-9 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F); stir halfway through cooking. Let stand 2-3 minutes. 3) Drain. (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time accordingly.) Keep frozen. Store tightly closed in freezer at 0 degrees F.
