For this recipe, our chef created a custom Impastata Ricotta cheese and combined it with aged Parmesan, imported Pecorino Romano, Asiago and Fontina cheeses and freshly-picked spinach. We then nestle these cheeses and spinach inside our freshly-made ravioli made from semolina four and top with a Tomato Basil Sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, basil and fresh-roasted garlic. For food safety and quality, read and follow these cooking instructions to ensure that product reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Stovetop: 1. Place food-safe sauce pouch in a pot with 4 quarts water; cover and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Open bag of ravioli; add ravioli to boiling water. Stir and gently boil uncovered for 5 minutes until tender. 3. Carefully remove sauce pouch from hot water; drain ravioli. 4. Carefully open pouch of hot sauce and toss with ravioli. Serve immediately; refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly.
