Cooking: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Grill or Barbecue: Preheat to Medium heat (350 degrees F). Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Conventional Oven: Preheat to 400 degrees F. Cook 8 to 9 minutes on each side. Convection Oven: Preheat to 350 degrees F. Cook 7-1/2 to 9 minutes on each side. Pan Fry: In lightly oiled pan, cook over Medium heat 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 minutes each side. Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly.
