Store this pie in freezer until ready to use. Thawed portions that are covered will keep fresh for 2 days at room temperature or 4 days in the refrigerator. Microwave Oven (If microwave oven does not contain a turntable, then conventional oven should be used for preparation): Place: Frozen pre-baked pie in center of microwave oven (pie pan is microwave safe).
