Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen tilapia in single layer on baking sheet so fish are not touching. Bake 18 to 20 minutes on middle oven rack. For best results, turn fish over after 10 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen tilapia for 51/2 to 6 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Pan Fry: Preheat 1/2 inch cooking oil in a skillet on medium-high to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen tilapia for 51/2 to 6 minutes, turning frequently. Drain before serving. Due to differences in appliances and quantity prepared, cooking time may vary and require adjustment.
